RISE Program

The Reaching Independence through Self-Employment (RISE) Program is a self-employment program sponsored by the Maryland State Department of Education (MSDE), Division of Rehabilitation Services (DORS).

PS Programs provides training and technical assistance for DORs participants interested in building their own businesses.

We offer training seminars and courses on business development to help prepare for self-employment

Technical Assistance

We offer technical assistance to develop business plan, market research and more.

How to join RISE

To participate in the RISE Program individuals must have an open case with DORS, and have prior written approval from their DORS Counselor.
