The Reaching Independence through Self-Employment (RISE) Program is a self-employment program sponsored by the Maryland State Department of Education (MSDE), Division of Rehabilitation Services (DORS).
This program is designed to promote and facilitate self-employment for DORS consumers for which self-employment is appropriate. We offer the following services:

Technical assistance for business strategy, market research and more
Assistance with business plan development and sourcing funding
